Rules of Engagement

Get Away The Right Way

1. Check-in and Check-out:

  • Guests must adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times.

  • Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated based on availability and additional charges.

2. Check-out Procedure:

  • Upon check-out, ensure that you have removed all personal belongings from the rental area and have returned any rented items or equipment in good condition.

  • We will not be responsible for any loss of property.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • There is strict Non Refundable Cancelation Policy

  • Incase of Prior intimation of your cancellation (12 hours before), we will issue you a voucher, redeemable within 3 months.

4. Noise and Disturbance:

  • Respect the tranquility of the beach environment and fellow guests.

  • Excessive noise may result in eviction without a refund.

5. Respect for Nature:

  • Help preserve the natural beauty of the beach by not disturbing wildlife, removing or damaging vegetation, or engaging in activities that harm the environment.

6. Privacy and Photography:

  • Respect the privacy of other guests.

  • Do not take photos or videos of individuals without their consent.

  • Commercial photography or filming requires prior approval.

7. Security and Safety:

  • Our establishment prioritizes security. Security personnel will be on-site to ensure guest safety.

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The establishment is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

  • Follow any safety guidelines and instructions provided by staff.

8. Beach Access:

  • Guests have access to the designated beach area. Follow any posted rules or restrictions related to beach use.

  • Do not litter on the beach. Dispose of trash in provided receptacles.

9. Cleanliness:

  • Maintain cleanliness within your rented area. Dispose of trash properly.

10. Sustainability:

  • Help us reduce waste and conserve resources by participating in our recycling and waste collection initiatives.

11. Visitors:

  • Registered guests may NOT have any visitors.

12. Events and Parties:

  • Hosted events or parties must be approved in advance. Additional charges may apply.

13. Payment Rules:

  • Payment for tent rentals must be made in full at the time of booking.

  • Prices are subject to change. Refer to the current pricing displayed on our website or provided by our staff.

  • Any additional charges, such as for extended stays or additional services, will be communicated to guests and must be settled at the time of booking.

  • We accept various forms of payment, including cash, and digital payment methods.

14. Dress Code:

  • Guests are required to adhere to a reasonable dress code that is respectful of the beach environment and other guests.

15. Facilities and Amenities:

  • Treat all amenities, furniture, and equipment with care. Any damages will be charged to the responsible guest.

16. Accessibility:

  • We are committed to providing access for guests with disabilities. But currently due to specific accessibility requirement, we are unable to facilitate guest with disabilities.

17. Staff Interaction:

  • Interact with our staff courteously and respectfully.

  • Any form of harassment or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

​18. Alcohol and Smoking:

  • Alcohol consumption is NOT allowed within the tent rental area. 

  • Smoking is NOT allowed within the tent rental area.

  • Dispose of cigarette butts properly.

19. Pets:

  • Pets are NOT allowed within the tent rental area

20. Prohibited Items:

  • The following items are prohibited within the establishment: illegal drugs, weapons, and any other items deemed unsafe or disruptive.

21. Lost and Found:

  • Report any lost items to our staff immediately.

  • Found items will be kept for a limited time, and we will make our best effort to return them to their owners.

  • We will not be responsible for any loss of property.

​22. Feedback and Complaints:

  • We value your feedback. If you have any concerns or complaints, please communicate them to us promptly.

  • We will make every effort to resolve issues promptly and to your satisfaction.

23. Emergency Procedures:

  • Familiarize yourself with the location of the first aid kit.

  • In case of emergency, follow staff instructions and evacuation procedures.

24. Privacy and Data Protection:

  • We value your privacy and adhere to data protection regulations.

  • Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

25. Compliance with Laws:

  • Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations.

26. Amendments to Rules:

  • The establishment reserves the right to amend these rules as necessary. Guests will be informed of any changes.

27. Repeat Violations:

  • Guests who repeatedly violate these rules may be subject to eviction without a refund and may be restricted from future bookings.
